Carl Forkum - 1905-06

Penn State star Carl Forkum oversaw the football team in 1905-06 and led them to 11 victories during those two seasons. His first team in 1905 posted a 6-3 record that included a memorable 45-0 victory over Kentucky. The Wildcats tried to cancel the game but Forkum forced Kentucky to honor its commitment, the coach going so far as to local authorities impound their equipment unless they honored their contract.
